Parking & Accessibility
Parking is easy and FREE at the Niswonger.
Event parking is to the North Lot and South Lot of the facility. There is a drop-off area immediately in front at the main doors as well as a single door to the North that also provides immediate access to the Grand Lobby.
Handicap parking is available closest to the building on the North and South lots. Please provide advanced notice to the Box Office of any special needs. Accommodations will be made to ensure a smooth and safe entry to the facility.
Wheelchair Accessibility
All areas of the Niswonger and certain seating areas are accessible by wheelchair. Please notify the box office at the time of your ticket purchase so that a platform and companion seating (if required) is reserved. Please ask the ushers for assistance to your seat and they will be happy to help you.
All entrances from the parking lots have ramps and are at sidewalk level. A wheelchair-accessible elevator serves both levels of the Niswonger providing access to both the lower and upper Grand Lobby and auditorium.
Restrooms
All restroom facilities offer handicap accessibility and a larger family restroom is available on the upper lobby.
Handicap Parking
There are a limited number of handicap accessible parking spaces available in both the North and South parking lots of the campus. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Assisted Listening Devices
The Niswonger also has assisted listening devices provided by the Van Wert Service Club. Please see a Greeter for more information.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Van Wert Live is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Fully conformant means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions.
